Cahans Meeting House Committee invite you to Cahans Meeting House (H18 E7N1) on SATURDAY 31st January, 8pm, when Dr Gerry Clinton, Ballybay, and Damien O’Connor, Virginia, will speak on the theme ‘New year, new hope: talking about suicide and support’. This evening aims to raise awareness about suicide, reduce stigma around mental health, and encourage open, informed conversations. It will offer practical insights into supporting those who may be struggling and looking after our own mental wellbeing. Open to everyone, the event provides a safe, respectful space to learn, reflect, and promote hope and connection. There will be opportunity to interact with the speakers not least during supper toward the end of the evening.
